Sony DSC-T900 and T90 Digicams

The Sony T900 and T90 pocket cameras come loaded with a 12MP sensor and high-definition video recording. The T900 measures at only 15.1mm thick and adopts a 3.5-inch LCD screen and a Carl Zeiss 4x zoom lens/optical stabilizer. These pocket digicam are able to record movies at a 720p resolution. Meanwhile, the Sony T90 comes equipped with only a 3-inch touchscreen. Both cameras should be available in April with the T900 coming in at $379 and the T90 at $299.

Sony announced their three ultra-compact HDD camcorders DCR-SR47(60GB), DCR-SR67(80GB) and DCR-SR87(80GB) in South Korea. Weighing at just 300grams, the camera offers a 2.7-inch wide touch LCD with a 60x optical zoom lens, voice zoom, Quick Start-Up and editing function ‘eDeco’. The Sony DCR-SR47 is priced at 698,000 Won, while the Sony DCR-SR67 for 748,000 Won, and Sony DCR-SR87 for 798,000 Won

Latest Thin Digital Camera From Sony

The CEATEC 2008 is a platform for Sony to unveil its DSC-T77 digital camera, which is touted as the thinnest digital camera in the market today. Measures 3.9mm thick, the digicam features a 3-inch LCD touchscreen with an updated intelligent scene recognition technology, Smile Shutter and face detection technologies, a high sensitivity shooting(up to ISO 3200), and eleven scene modes. Available in brown, pink, green, silver and black, the Sony DSC-T77 digital camera is priced at around 300,000 Korean Won

Sony introduced two new Cybershot digital Camera: DSC-T700 & DSC-T77

Sony introduced new Point & Shoot digital camera, with a new series of Cybershot, the DSC-T77 and DSC-T700.The 10-megapixel T77 camera is Sony’s thinnest model at less than 5/8 of an inch with a 3-inch, 16 x 9 touch panel LCD screen. It features updated intelligent scene recognition technology, Smile Shutter(TM) and face detection technologies with child and adult priority, as well as high sensitivity shooting (up to ISO 3200), eleven scene modes, and in-camera image management.
The T700 model earns extra points as a “photo album in your pocket.” It has all the features of the T77 unit plus 4GB of internal memory that can store nearly 1,000 full-resolution or 40,000 VGA-quality photos; a 3.5-inch, wide touch panel Xtra Fine LCD(TM) screen for photo-like viewing (210 pixel-per-inch resolution) with high contrast and wide-angle viewing; and a thin profile (slightly more than 5/8 of an inch) so it can easily slip into a pocket or purse.

The DSC-T77 camera replaces the former T70 model and will be available in brown, green, pink, black and silver in late September for about $300. The new DSC-T700 cameras ships at the same time in red, champagne gold, pink, dark gray and silver for about $400.
